ATTENTION NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS:

Leadership Mohawk Valley is now accepting applications from area nonprofit organizations interested in seeking the services of a project team for the 2010-2011 LMV program term.

Leadership Mohawk Valley was created in 1990 to develop and utilize the leadership talent of professionals from the community. This 10-month leadership program provides individuals with opportunities for personal leadership development, presentational skills-building, and a better understanding of group dynamics, team leadership, and the value of networking.

One of the unique aspects of the LMV program is the placement of individuals into teams of five or six members who work with selected nonprofit organizations seeking assistance with a particular need/problem/issue. If your nonprofit organization is interested in applying for an LMV Project Team for the next term (September 2010-May 2011), please review the following packet for application criteria, guidelines and rating rubric. Given that the application must be submitted electronically, these materials can be found on the LMV website and emailed to: info@leadershipmohawkvalley.net

The deadline for submission is July 30, 2010 so please do not delay in getting your application submitted for consideration.

Yours in leadership,
LMV Project Committee
