Nominations:
Each year, Leadership Mohawk Valley honors local leaders and businesses during the Annual Follow the Leader dinner. LMV is accepting nominations for our prestigious Follow the Leader award and will honor individuals who have graduated from the LMV program and have demonstrated excellence in the workplace and/or the community.
Leadership Mohawk Valley will also honor two businesses/organizations for their outstanding commitment and support of Leadership Mohawk Valley and its programs.
Nomination forms must be received by JANUARY, 2011.
How to Nominate a leader:
To assist you with the nomination process, information is provided below, including a list of past nominees, lists of individuals and businesses that are eligible for nominations, and separate nomination forms for individuals and businesses. If you'd like to nominate a leader or business for this prestigious award, click on the appropriate nomination form link and submit it to the address below before the deadline (note that email is preferred method of contact).
